Nick on the phone and in person was very knowledgeable, kind and upbeat. Both mechanics I saw were friendly and each did a great job getting my car done quick and thorough! I had heard that this shop was under new management and decided to give it a chance. Glad to say that in fact it was one of the best and most honest experiences I have had with any shop I've used over the last twenty years. Upon entering the building I was greeted by the manager who quickly took my information and promptly got my vehicle worked on. The issues with my vehicle that were discovered were explained in depth and clearly. The various options I had to remedy the issues were presented. I would highly recommend using them for anything from routine maintenance to a complete transmission rebuild.

If you want to get your car fixed this is absolutely the place you should go. The manager is wonderful to work with and honest in everything that he tells you. He will help you with making sure the work is done well and you can feel at peace knowing that you were given the best deal in the area to have your vehicle in top shape. I had my Lexus fixed here because it is so overpriced to take it to the dealership. Work was done well and I had been told at other places much higher quotes and more work than needed to be done. Don't hesitate to take your car here.

I came to AAMCO in Olympia today for an oil change and brake problem, hoping they can do it today, without an appointment, the manager Aaron said, don't worry, we will take care of you, with a smile. I was out of there in in forty minutes, I know where all my service to my car is going to be done from now on. The best service I had in a long time and I will tell everybody I know. I am a salesman for a broadcasting company so my time is very important to me. Thanks AAMCO.
I've had a fair amount of work done on three different cars. Jobs were done on schedule and at the estimated price which was very fair. Manager is a very personable guy who knows cars. I recommend them very highly.
They dx’d the problem, gave us all the options (even the ones that didn’t make them as much money), let us leave the vehicle there for 6 weeks while we procured parts from another company, and were great through the whole thing. Howard kept in contact and was always in a good mood. Will definitely go back if we are unfortunate enough to need another transmission installed.
The workers were friendly and polite. Shower me all that had to be done and stood by there price..it was a great experance.
